This collaborative project was created for professional Latvian kickboxer Zaur Dzhavadov — a 3-time World Champion and 3-time European Champion. I was entrusted to design bold, powerful, and personal merchandise graphics that truly reflect Zaur’s fighting spirit, discipline, and identity in the ring.
We developed a visual direction blending streetwear aesthetics with martial arts culture, producing multiple t-shirt designs that can elevate his brand beyond the sport. Each artwork was crafted with care to ensure a strong emotional and visual connection with his audience and fans.
From sketch to final digital design, this project is not just about apparel — it’s about creating a wearable statement of legacy and power.
My Role as a Designer
As the lead graphic designer and apparel artist, I was responsible for:
- Creative direction and visual storytelling
- Designing a series of merch graphics for t-shirts
- Exploring themes that reflect Zaur’s personality, fighting style, and values
The style blends modern fightwear, gritty illustration, and urban edge — creating a strong visual identity that represents Zaur as both a champion and a cultural icon.
